VI. Send me a donut
Well you can skip this, probably you will.

Our Advice
I. Ascertain your gender

Just buying a smartphone without considering the look isn't smart! Verify that the phone will look good in your hands.
Girls: Slim profile, Light colors
Boys: Those very slim phones are a big NO NO! Dark colors will look good generally, whites are also good if the phone is bit bulky.
Women: Still, slim profile and light colors. Avoid flashy colors like pink. Stick with sober colors like shades of white, silver, light grey etc.
Men: Strong profile. Dark colors. BlackBerry Bold looks perfect for men!
II. What do you want?
---Multimedia & Internet---

Winner: Android
  1. Android (Mid to High End)
  2. iPhone 4S
  3. Windows Phone 7.5
Forget others!
---Geekiness---

Winner: Android
  1. Android (Mid and above)
  2. BlackBerry
  3. Windows Phone 7.5
---Business---

Winner: BlackBerry
  1. BlackBerry (Bold category is the best for business class)
  2. Windows Phone 7.5
Avoid 'Only' Touch Devices
---Show off!---

Winner: iPhone
  1. iPhone 3GS and above
  2. BlackBerry (Any with QWERTY)
  3. Android (Google Galaxy Nexus and freakin' High end!)
---Simplicity---

Winner: iPhone
  1. iPhone 4 and up
  2. Windows Phone 7.5
  3. Samsung BADA
Android: A no-no for those who can't differentiate between bluetooth and WiFi and are afraid of lots of features.
BlackBerry: You may find yourself lost in the menu, but with time you will find it easy! What matters is TIME!
---Cheap with features---

Winner: Android
  1. Android (Low to Mid end. Avoid buying from not so famous brands else you will be running from door to door to get your phone fixed)
  2. Symbian (Do not send us hate e-mail if your phone hangs. And we will NOT refund your money if you throw your phone in depression)

Others do not fall in this category.

III. Decide your Budget window

Well, while searching for your perfect phonemate from above description, you must have probably got an idea about how much you wish to pay. Still, empty that piggy bank and wallet, take loan from dad, or loot a friend but now fix your budget.

IV. Reviews

Google is your friend! Once you have settled down with few sets, google about the reviews and specifications. Do not read reviews on the company's own website (do I have to say that?), search on any trustworthy third party websites. This will make you select ONE out of last few!
V. Buy it from an authorized dealer
Well, this is neglected by many. But its always best to buy it from authorized dealers. Also, if you are buying online, buy it from a legitimate place. eBay is generally soaked with crackheads! Inquire before buying and abstain yourself from buying that phone at 90% off! Its never, NEVER EVER EVER! NEVER! It must be a Chinese rip off or refurbished handset, or maybe it will never reach you! Happy buying!
VI. Send me a donut

Well, you can kinda skip this!
Happy buying!

"You don't select a smartphone, a smartphone selects you"
P.S. Did I hear this anywhere? aaa... Never mind!
